Yarn Mercerising - Mercerisation is the process of giving treatment to the cotton yarn that gives the yarns a shining appearance and gives strengthens the yarn for further procedure.To make them shine and to strengthen them, it is very important to pass through the process of mercerisation.
There are several steps are followed for the process of mercerisation.They are : first the yarn is passing through the process of Singeing(burn superficially or lightly) then from there it pass on to Reeling(Hank making).After reeling it moves to the process of Mercerising followed by Bleaching. http://yarnmercerising.com/about-us/

The repetitiveness and controlling the concentration of chemicals and purity imparts even mercerizing . The process can be modified to the customer needs based on Embroidery, Socks Sewing Thread, Knitting.
The double mercerizing sequence is done by changing the parameters in EPLC. The operational parameters are displayed in the Large touch screen, The machine construction is sturdy and simple mechanism.
